1. Repack Your Items
Please ensure all items are:
- Unused and unwashed
- In their original condition
- Returned with any original packaging and tags where applicable
Items that do not meet our Returns & Exchanges Policy may not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
2. Include a Note
Please include a note inside your parcel with:
- Full name
- Email address
- Order number
- If applicable, a reminder of the item(s) or size(s) you'd like to exchange for
This helps our team quickly match your parcel to your request once it arrives.

You're also welcome to use any courier service of your choice. We recommend using a tracked service so you can follow your parcel's journey.
4. We'll Take It From Here
Once your parcel arrives and has been inspected, we'll process your exchange or refund in line with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
If you're receiving a refund, please allow 5-10 working days for the funds to appear in your account after your return has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
