Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Power Fitness gear, but if you need a different size or item, we’ve got you covered.

Exchange Period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges after this period.

Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
It must be in the same condition you received it and include all original packaging and tags.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene reasons and fairness to all customers, we cannot accept exchanges on gift cards, towels, socks, or underwear.

Please note that items purchased in a Mystery Box or Sample Sale are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

How to Request an Exchange

To start your exchange, email us at support@power-fitness.co.uk or message us on social media with your order number, full name, and details of what you would like to exchange.

Our team will reply with simple step-by-step instructions on how to send your items back and how to let us know what size or product you would like instead.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange and send out your replacement items as quickly as possible.

Stock Availability

All exchanges are processed subject to stock availability at the time your returned item is received. If your requested size or product is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we receive it.
If the order was sent to the gift giver, any updates or credits will be issued directly to them.

Shipping Your Exchange

To send your item back, please email support@power-fitness.co.uk and we will provide the return instructions.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your exchange back to us.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
Please keep your postage receipt. In the rare event that your parcel does not reach us, you will need this to contact your chosen courier.
