Bio: I have always had a massive interest in fitness and have qualified in personal training to help put my interests to good use by helping others reach their fitness goals.
I have played football since I was 9 years old and currently play at a semi-professional level so I have always kept myself in good shape either using cardio based exercise for overall fitness or weight based exercises for power and strength. Throughout my football career I have overcame many injuries and therefore have a wide knowledge on injury rehab and prevention.
In my job as a Fitness Advisor and Personal Trainer at Bannatyne Resort Durham I have worked with many people working on many different goals such as; weight and fat loss, muscle tone or muscle gain, nutrition advice, overall fitness improvement, injury rehab or prevention and many sport specific goals.
