Bio: My names Kev and I hold a Level 3 diploma in Personal Training & a level 3 diploma in Exercise Referral, I work for the NHS as an Exercise Therapy Assistant and I run my own personal 200 sq ft gym at home.
My fitness journey started about 5 years ago, I was unhappy, severely depressed and had severe anxiety with any amount of health problems due to my weight. Which included sleep apnea, asthma and a hiatus hernia. I was tipping the scales at nearly 20 stone and realised it was time to do something about it.
This was the start of my fitness journey that would see me go from 20 stone to 13 stone with a loss of 7 stone and an all together better quality of life. Since then I’ve trained to become a personal trainer and work with the NHS as an Exercise Therapy Assistant so that I can help people that are in a similar place I was and in need of a helping hand or just some guidance with their journey.
Helping build a healthier, stronger you.
