I am a YMCA Level Three Personal Trainer and competitive powerlifter. I specialise in strength training and muscle development but can cater to any goals you might have whether this is pulling a lorry in a car park or simply being beach ready. I am also a wizard in the kitchen and share this knowledge and experience through my diet plans.
Initial consultations are free of charge and will allow us to work together to target specific goals, attainment targets and dietary needs.
Following this I will develop your plan, which will include screening for dietary conditions and injuries. Clients can have a training session plan, dietary plan or both. In all, it is usually around three weeks from an initial enquiry to the completion of your plan and the start of any training sessions.
Having competed and inevitable injured myself, I have also become adept at rehabilitation and therefore bolstered this with a NHS referral level three qualification.
Finally I know how hard it is to start training and how anxious it can make you feel, I have battled both Anxiety and depression most of my adult life. Therefore I know the benefit of exercise on mental health and also how hard it is to start. So let me be your guide
